1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ImageSqueeze, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

ImageSqueeze provides an online image compression tool that processes images entirely within your browser. Our service includes:

• Browser-side image compression using Web Workers
• Support for JPEG, PNG, and WebP image formats
• Quality and dimension controls
• Credit-based usage system

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. ImageSqueeze is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

ImageSqueeze operates on a credit-based system. Each image compression consumes 3 credits. Credits are purchased in advance and applied to your account balance.

4.2 Credit Expiration

Credits do not expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account until used.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued within 7 days of purchase for unused credits. Once credits have been consumed, no refunds will be issued. VIP subscriptions are non-refundable after the subscription period has begun.

4.4 Pricing

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect credits or subscriptions already purchased.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload images that contain illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent the credit system or access limits
• Use automated tools to abuse the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure

6. Privacy and Data

Image processing occurs entirely within your browser. We do not store, transmit, or have access to the images you compress. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal data.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you compress. ImageSqueeze does not claim any ownership over your content. The ImageSqueeze platform, including all code, design, and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the compression results will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImageSqueeze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, unused credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
